How are We Run?

First CRC is run by an elected body called the Council. A principal function of Council is the spiritual nurture of the congregation and helping members along in their spiritual journeys. The Council also establishes the vision for the church and is responsible for its overall policy. The Council is comprised of 7 District Elders, a Youth Elder, a Student Elder, 2 Deacon representatives, a Chair, a Vice-All, a Vice Chair, a Clerk and the Pastors.

Council meets the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m.

The Council Executive meets on a regular basis to assemble items for the council agenda and process routine matters:
